Selina is a regular fitness fanatic, and you can often find her squatting for her life "this is where I get me best ideas" or in the garden with a good book. Selina loves a cocktail or two or three! and always looks on the bright side.

Crystal
Crystal is a London born and based woman with interests in worldly psycho and social behaviours. She has experience in psychotherapy, both personally and professionally. She believes this has been an integral part of a deeper level of self-awareness and empathy for others. She has had varied roles of experience and ultimately wants to incorporate all of these strengths into providing something useful whilst having fun at the same time!!
Having formed a friendship with Selina over three decades ago, they have seen and supported each others growth, with opposing opinions along the way.
She enjoys training with her son and her brother, singing and writing poems.
